We provide a custom quote depending on the activity and extras that you would like for your event. Alcohol can not be supplied, any alcohol must be purchased and supplied by the event holder.

At Thrive Events, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless booking experience for all our clients. Please take note of our bookings policy outlined below:

Booking Process: To secure your event date and services with Thrive Events, a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit are required. The deposit amount will be communicated to you during the booking process.

Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation, please notify us at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled event date. Cancellations made after this period may result in the full amount needing to be paid.

Rescheduling: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to reschedule your event, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will make every effort to accommodate your new date, subject to availability.

Final Payment: The final payment for your event is due 1 week before the event date. Failure to submit the final payment on time may result in the cancellation of services.

Additional Services: Any additional services requested after the initial booking may be accommodated based on availability. Additional charges may apply for services not included in the original booking.

Event Details: To ensure a successful event, please provide us with all relevant details and requirements well in advance of the event date. This includes special requests, and any other pertinent details.
